Today, I would like to talk about “How to act friendly with amazing communication skills”
So, do you have something that you keep in mind when communicating with people, especially new people???
For me, I keep it in mind to listen to people’s stories to the end and ask when questions come to my mind.
So, for example, when someone starts to talk about their career, you would be able to bring up many questions.
What encouraged you to get the position?
What do you like about your jobs?
Do you think you want to continue your career at the same place?
Do you work with a group?
Do you go on business trips?
Are your coworkers nice?
What is XXXXX?
and so on….
You may think their topic is too difficult to follow….
but if you really think so, it is the time to be positive!!!!!
because you will have a ton of questions!!!
I know you probably feel sorry for asking many times……………….
but you still have tip!!!
Tip to be a good listener!!!
It is REPEATING
You can keep listening to the other without asking questions.
You just listen, listen, listen, listen, listen to them and then try to understand parts of their stories.
The point is to understand PART of their stories!!!!
Then You can REPEAT summarize what they were talking about.
You know, People like that their listeners repeat their stories because they can be sure that they understand and find it interesting.
These are very easy tips to improve your communication skills!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
